Standard controls are a Simmerstat housed in the base of the cabinet. A top-mounted calibrated dial controller with overheat safety thermostat upgrade is available on fan circulated models and is ideal for use with temperature sensitive items
Cabinets are made from single skin sheet steel finished in easy clean grey stove paint and the wire shelves are adjustable to accommodate glassware and other items of differing sizes.
